Valeriy graduated from Tashkent Art College in 1984 and Tashkent Art-Theatre Institute in 1990. He has had several exhibitions in republic and foreign art galleries. His works are kept in private collections in the USA, Great Britain, Argentina, Turkey and Switzerland. He lives and works in Tashkent.
