“When I lived in downtown Saugatuck, my house had a few yucca plants in the side yard; I never thought much of them. However, now that I live in the high desert, I have come to love yuccas for the beautiful, edible blossoms. I enjoy my new appreciation for this plant that can thrive both in Michigan and in New Mexico.”

Theresa Gray received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale Michigan and has exhibited her work in Michigan and New Mexico. She currently lives and works in Carson New Mexico.
