Pascual Rudas is a painter whose works often depict the glimmering waters of his native Panama. Rudas studied art at the Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes and has participated in solo and group exhibitions. He has also received numerous commissions for historic portraits created for visiting royalty and presidents.
