Loes Heerink (born 1989) is a Dutch photographer know for the series Merchants in Motion. This series highlights the beauty of Vietnamese street vendors. Pictures of the merchants in the series are taken from an arial viewpoint. From above the vendors look like little pieces of art. Street vendors in Hanoi are often female migrants coming to the city to earn some extra money. The vendors walk kilometers a day selling goods from their bicycles. With this series Loes hopes to show the beauty of every day life.
