Leslie Mueller grew up admiring the open fields, woodlands and lakes of the Midwest. As a child she spent her summers exploring the smaller bits of nature collecting flowers, leaves and shells. As a teenager she studied at the Art Institute of Chicago where painting and drawing became her focus. She earned her fine arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
After an award-winning career in advertising she decided to pursue her passion for fine art full time. Now Leslie is an award-winning, multi-dimensional artist who loves all media. She has worked with oils, acrylics, watercolor, printmaking, collage, encaustics, photography and video. Her work is represented in corporate and private collections throughout the United States, Asia, Canada, Europe, Africa, Great Britain, and Japan.
