

Connie Woolard was a highly acclaimed commercial artist who worked for many years as an art director. Woolard studied art at the University of Maryland and the Abbott Art School, Washington, D.C. She served on the advisory board of the Washington Watercolor Association and earned several accolades, including the Salmagundi Club’s Maria Szerti Memorial Award and a certificate of Merit from the Philadelphia Watercolor Society. Examples of her work hang in U.S. embassies around the world and in the City Council Chambers in Rockville, Maryland.
