Deborah Perrault studied art in the United States at Oklahoma State University and Tulsa University and she was most influenced by Theodore C. Hogsett of Southwestern School of Art in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She does however, most assuredly acknowledge that any artistic success is and was due to the unrecognized contributions of a multitude of unknown people, both living and deceased.
