Ryan McGinness

Ryan McGinness’s skate-punk aesthetic developed during his youth in Virginia Beach. He studied fine art at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, later working in the Andy Warhol Museum. McGinness’s work can be found in public and private collections such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Museum of Modern Art in New York, Museum of Contemporary Design in San Diego, and Cranbrook Art Museum in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
