Antonio Martorell was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico. He has had the pleasure to draw, paint, record, write, act, doing theater, radio, television, film, dance, installations of the natural environment, and unclassifiable structures. Martorell is an artist resident of the University Of Puerto Rico-Cayey University. He holds workshops in Playa de Ponce, Hato Rey, and a district in New York. He also participates in the program, En la punta de la lengua on WIPR-TV, with his segment, Para verte mejor where he interviews visual artists. His works of art have been exhibited and awarded in Puerto Rico and abroad, and can also be found in private and public collections.
